The first thing to say, is that it comes as one 2 metre lenth, so it may pose a delivery problem. If you have seen the inside of a large control cabinet, this trunking is like the slotted trunking that you'll see containing the small control wiring. The slots that are open at the top, allow cables to external equipment to be installed or removed after the trunking is in place. My small desk has three computers, a monitor, modem, router, KVM, PSUs, mains plug strips, audio switcher, and Ethernet switch. The mains and data cabling behind the desk is an uncordinated snakes nest, so at long last I've grasped the nettle of installing mains and data cable ways, hence the trunking that allows me to modify the wiring after the initial completion. It's light grey in colour with cable slots on both sides, ann a clip-on lid. The base of the trunking has plenty of fixing slots, but you may be able to fiv it with a strong double-dided adhesive tape. Cable trunking allows mains voltage cabling o be separately routed from data cabling.. Quality looks and feels commercial quality, so given the length and cable capacity, it's good value.

These are the absolute best railways I've used tor cable management. I run a dual PC setup, as well as have multiple consoles set up, so there are so many cables running back and forth. These railways have enough space to safely store and organize all of those cables, and they are so durable. There is no slack or bulge from the weight of the cables. They look great, but I took it upon myself to spray paint them matte black to match the table and they look every better now. I also used screws to secure them in place instead of adhesive. Definitely worth the money to have a clean desk setup.

There are many cable trunking products online, but I have found only this one in these dimensions (5x5cm). If you have a big computer setup, trust me, you will need it, anything smaller and you won't be able to pack your cable in. Even this size, the cables are jam packed inside (think multiple screens and peripherals). But it's brilliant. Only downside is it's grey, so the first thing I did was spray paint it black
