Why did you pick this product vs others?: This probiotic strain was suggested to give to our dog to help his skin become more resistant to seasonal topical allergic reactions from plants like Virginia Creeper and poison ivy. Results were immediate once our dog began taking this daily. His coat became noticeably silky where it had been wiry, and the hairs on his belly have become more plentiful, offering more protection to his skin there. After two years of summertime agonizing episodes, we haven’t had another allergic rash since administering this probiotic, albeit we are also carefully observant of surroundings when out on walks.

Easy to take and a good value. My nutritionist recommended this brand.

My super gut yogurt recipe: a quart of half and half, one opened capsule of the rhamnosus and two tablespoons of inulin all stirred together and poured into two 8 ounce glass yogurt jar in my Universal Yogurt maker. Temperature at 106 degrees for 36 hours. be sure to add water in the bottom of the yogurt maker to halfway up the side of the glass jar. One-third cup a day for one year for candida.

This is a great product . I make yogurt with the capsules as a starter. Produces good yogurt I put two tbl of inulin for food for the capsule powder into a qt of milk and put in yogurt maker after I stir it around. 36 hours and it’s creamy yogurt. I use one capsule only, but you can use more if you wish.

I haven't noticed any changes since I started taking this a month ago, but to be fair I haven't noticed any oral probiotic to be helpful. I have recurring stubborn BV and so far suppositories have been the best solution for me.
