Fits great on the smith machine bar as well are a 45lb bar. Made well. My clients says that it helps them to get the bar in the proper position on the upper back and not the neck.

It’s cool
Very comfortable but only fits the standard Olympic size bar

Unfortunately painful
It was very comfortable for light squats, (135lbs) but when I put on 255lbs it dug into my skin (even with a shirt on) and left blood blisters. Good for light, bad for heavy.

Not what you think
It doesn't fit most bars. It was a waste of money. I had to send it back

Barbell support but it was very uncomfortable and wasn’t stable or secure on my neck/shoulder area.
