I just actually started taking them 2 day's ago.I started out very slow 🐌I started out with 1/2 tablet as my system is touchy.Although I felt sorta hyped up like when I took Adderall like talking alot.I noticed better control over my energy and focus

I'm disappointed I bought two bottles and wish I could send one unopened bottle back because I don't understand why it puts me to sleep. It says it's supposed to give energy, focus and carb appetite but it knocks me out to sleep for hours. When I wake up, I'm nauseous and my heart beats too fast causing shortness of breath. No energy at all and no focus. It really puts me to sleep. I don't understand.
