This tea is delicious! It has the most delightful aroma and spearmint taste. A hot cup is just a lovely way to end your day, and an iced version would be so refreshing in the summer heat! Enjoy!

I think the scent, flavor, and cooling effect of peppermint are both uplifting and relaxing. This is one of the better mint teas I've tried. It's refreshing and invigorating and is especially nice for a sore throat.
