Magnesium Glycinate has been really helping me with my sleep and my anxiety. I take 2 every night. They are not too big and pretty easy to swallow. They are white tablets you swallow. I love that the ingredients are clean and it works well! Would highly recommend this brand of Magnesium Glycinate.

I can tell these help, when I stop taking them I feel worse. They are easier on my system than past magnesium brands I have tried. That being said the pills are huge; I can manage it but occasionally it can be a bit of a struggle to take them.

This product has the right balance of ingredients for what I'm after.
