Great assortment. They seem to be well constructed. Wide band is comfortable. Size is best for shorter stretch exercises.

Hi I didn’t realize that the bands were of different levels of resistance so I started with the hard. It worked well with squats and back fat exercises. The only downside is that it tends to roll up because of its elasticity. Worth the money. Very strong

Love these! Price is great and they work well and come in a small black bag so easy to throw in your workout bag to take with you to the gym. While wearing they don’t slide up your legs like some others do which makes these better in my opinion. It’s not super wide but wide enough that it didn’t roll. Would buy again if mine ever broke

I’m finding these to be pretty darn good quality considering the price! I just wanted to see if bands would work for what I was thinking in my routine, which they do, and I think these might last me a while!

Great addition to our workout room. These bands aren’t too thin that roll up/over while using. They’re marked well for easy use. They came with a bag for travel, which would be handy for travelers. Ours are hung on little wooden hooks for easy access. Looking forward to working through the levels if difficulty

Red band snapped on first use in moderate MCL PT routine. I will see how the others do…
