I absolutely love these socks for running. They provide some compression, prevent blisters, have good breathability, and won’t slide down. They are a bit pricey, but I’ve had my pairs for quite some while. They hold up very well and are durable. Worth the investment in my opinion and true to size. Has some stretch too.

My favorite running socks.

I do a lot of walking. I was working on increasing my step count when I started getting painful blisters. I tried moleskin, padding, special bandages, cotton tubes to slide over my toes...none of which worked. It got so bad I lost days of walking because my blisters were getting blisters!Finally I thought, maybe I need a different sock. I searched around on which kind of sock worked best and really wasn't sure which way to go until I saw these Blister-resist Balega socks. I thought, ok let's see if they really do resist blisters.They worked! I stopped getting blisters! I am delighted to say they do what it says on the sock!This pair is great for athletic/walking shoes. I am hoping they carry a taller height for my hiking boots. Thank you Balega!
