I've been taking Primal Harvest Women+ for about a month now, and honestly, I’m impressed. I’ve noticed a solid boost in my energy and focus, especially during the afternoon slump (no more dragging myself through the day with extra coffee 🙌). The capsules are super easy to take, and while the smell when you first open the bottle is a little strong, it goes away quickly and doesn’t linger after you take them. What I really like is that this isn’t your basic multivitamin; it has extras like GABA, choline, lutein, and other stuff that supports things like brain health, skin, and overall vibes (yes, I said vibes). It feels like it was made with modern women in mind, which I appreciate. It’s a little pricier than some other options, but I honestly feel like it’s worth it for how it makes me feel. Planning to keep this in my daily routine!

This is my second bottle so far I have seen improvement in my energy levels ,My skin look better and I don’t feel sluggish in the lay afternoons. I will continue with this product a little pricey but worth it.

I was struggling with severe hot flashes, 20-40 per day for the past 6 months. I don't know what made me purchase this product over the many options out there, but I did and I'm not even through my first bottle and my hot flashes are completely gone. I don't know what ingredient is responsible for managing hot flashes but I haven't had a single hot flash in 2-3 weeks!!! May not work the same for everyone, but it's working for me. Well worth the money!

I bought this vitamin bc of reviews online that it would help with effects of perimenopause, hot flashes in particular. Within one day of taking this, my hot flashes were nearly gone completely. I was suffering so bad and not able to sleep, so this vitamin was an absolute miracle to me. Yes, it’s a bit expensive but I really needed relief, so it’s worth it. Everyone needed some relief for a similar should at least try it and see if it helps you. I’d recommend it!
