If you want the yolk runny this is not for you.
I like my poached eggs a little runny on the inside not the whites. This poacher cooks the yolks before it cooks the whites. By the time the whites firm up the yolk is overcooked. Nothing worse than runny snotty whites. Plus it’s wayyyy overpriced.
