Delicious but expensive
These are extremely expensive sweets, I can't deny that. At 75p a sweet, you can buy a whole bag for cheaper than that! However, they taste delicious and have no sugar so are perfect for keto dieters who have a sweet tooth. Would recommend if you don't mind the price tag.

Expensive for what you get, otherwise a good keto style supplement.
The keto gummies, contain Apple Cider Vinegar, Pomegranate, Beet Root, Sodium Citrate, Magnesium Citrate, and Calcium Carbonate. A good all round supplement. Calicium is always a welcome boost. I have heard of keto plans, but never tried any. As I have been looking for supplements to my dietary requirements, this seemed like a good choice to start with. The gummies are very easy to chew/swallow and do not have a bad after taste either. Also low sugar as well, I think they would also be good for people following keto based plans as well normal dietary supplements. The dosage is based on x2 day and these are NOT suitable for under-18s. The container has a child proof cap fortunately, but I wouldnt leave these supplements out as they look like every day sweets you buy in your local shop, so make sure you store these/lock these away in your top cupboard. Contains beet-root which some people may be allergic too. Ultimately while they taste great, have low sugar, look very colorful, the price is what may put people off though. I feel that they are really expensive as a thirty day supply based on its correct dosage, but for people on keto/low sugar diets, this would probaby work well. Just a shame the price goes against it somewhat. Great taste, colorful, easy to chew, pricey though.

Nice taste, but I'm confused by the Keto credentials
I do keto for about 6 months of the year and my body adapts very quickly and I respond well to the diet. These gummies taste really nice (once you get over the funk from the container - standard stuff for gummies) but I have issues working out how they fit into a keto diet A serving is 2 gummies, and that contains 4g of added sugar (6g overall, so 2g of non digestible fibre) I'd have thought that Keto gummies would be sugar free, or at the very least absolute trace amounts of natural fruit sugars which would make more sense on a keto diet 20-30g of sugar per day is the typical limit to stay in ketosis (my tolerance is closer to 100g per day now..) so I question whether someone trying the diet would want to spend more than 10% of their sugar intake on two gummies that are gone in seconds I really quite like the other ingredients though, such as apple cider vinegar and a decent amount of calcium and magnesium I think if these were made sugar free with sucralose (far lower insulin response than aspartame) they would fit really well in as mid-morning treat, but in their current format the Keto credentials are up for debate They really do taste nice though :)

Only a treat - at best - if you're dieting.
Coming in a "sealed" container within a cardboard box, you'd be potentially under the impression that these gummies help with weight loss, especially going by the imagery utilised. The "seal" on the container is not good. I could unscrew the sealed lid without breaking the seal around it. Luckily there is a second seal, more in line with supplements and medications on the top of the bottle which is easily lifted and removed, allowing access to contents - 60 teddy bears like the Haribo ones. In this instance, 2 bears are your portion for the day and therefore, 30 days supply (unless you're greedy) but given the price tag, you would WANT to ration yourself. The taste is....fruity. I could not tell the difference between a red one and a green one. They're the same size as Haribo bears so you get an idea of what they are. The consistency and texture eating them is...odd. It's difficult to describe but if I had to, then its a bit like how I feel eating a soft candle would feel. But I can't recommend them - partially because cost vs quantity as such, partially because I feel that if you want a treat while dieting, a packet of wine gums is cheaper, as long as you exercise restraint. But I AM dieting and realistically I know that they're a treat and not a diet aid - if you want to lose weight, then these are not going to do it. Without them, I've lost nearly 70lbs in 5 months, all by changing my diet and exercise habits.

Nice
This is definitely one of my favourites I’ve tried Pros ✅taste great ✅different colours taste different ✅nice texture Cons ❌seem to have a slight laxative effect, however this probably won’t effect you unless you have ibs

A very expensive way of getting your supplements...
As a sweet treat these may be are a tasty equivalent to typical gummy sweets, but at the price they'd be a very expensive way of getting a treat! So why would you take them? Well, for low-carb/keto followers, supplemental minerals can be useful, and with sodium and magnesium these may help with electrolyte balance. Also, apple cider vinegar can help to regulate blood sugar too, which is often the reason people are following a keto plan in the first place. But given that a daily serving of 2 gummies is still 6g of carbs, for those on a Keto diet would likely be nearly a third of their daily carb intake from just two gummies! These come supplied in a plastic screw-top bottle, but a slight concern about quality control as the 'seal' on the lid doesn't actually seal anything and it's possible to remove the lid with the seal still intact. That being said, they are basically just a healthier version of jelly babies so I wasn't too concerned about that, but it's worth mentioning. If the cost were lower then I'd have no problem recommending these as a tasty way to get some daily supplements to support a keto lifestyle, but at the price, I really can't recommend these, personally I think I'd rather just take the individual supplements.
