I purchased this unit for my home office. I am on Zoom and Teams meeting for most of my day. I had a headset for the longest time and by the end of the day my ears were sore. The switch this unit has been amazing. The quality its great and the participants of my meeting say the quality of what they hear is perfect. I like that the unit gives me a clear signal I am on mute. In addition, the ability to mute/unmute right on the unit vs looking for the mute and unmute in the Zoom or Teams app. You can pick up an inbound call and increase or decrease the volume with a touch of the unit. It is a little big for portability but not enough to make me stop taking it on the road with me.

I spent more on this one and hoped it would be perfect. I need it because my PC mic on my laptop is acting up. I selected this because it is Teams certified, reduces background noise and WiFi compatible. The WiFi is sketchy at best, doesn’t make it past 15ft. As long as I don’t go beyond my kitchen to grab lunch on a meeting, the WiFi is useful. It WiFi starts to cut out beyond 15ft from my laptop. Also it is glitchy when using the USB cord. The Teams feature does not always work properly so the mute button does not always work on the device. I’ve not figured out what causes it yet and it comes and goes. When it’s glitching, you need to use the mute button on the PC screen. Set up was simple, plug and play. It’s built well. Sleek design but solid. The size is about the size of a hand-held game device (switch). It charges quickly and holds a charge for a long period.

This speaker phone is awesome. I was surprised how I only had to plug it in and it worked! No software/drivers etc. Just plug and play! The audio quality is amazing too.

Game changer for teams meetings, compatible with teams. Comes with a cute case, makes it easier to just hop on a meeting or call. The noise is loud, I’m very impressed with this device. Just opened the box and plugged it in and automatically connected to my labtop.

I use it everyday for calls. All the Teams functions work as expected. I don't have people on the call asking me to repeat myself. I can walk around and the microphone does a great job. It goes on sale often so if you are patient you can catch a deal. Why did I buy this one vs others? Main reason my company only supports poly headsets and speaker phones so I can use the existing software on the laptop. Second reason I've bought other speaker phones and they've been hit or miss on quality and this wasn't much more expensive so I just went for it. I'm not disappointed and would recommend it if you need a speaker phone. For connectivity it connects either by the Poly dongle, Bluetooth or wired. I primarily use the dongle and never had it cut out. Cause I have to give a con the only one I've had is it won't switch automatically from the Poly headset I also use and connected to the same dongle (that's not a big con mostly the oh drats when I forget to turn off the headset and have to get up to walk over and turn it off)
