Works well, held up all summer
I needed to replace a shake machine that was probably 30+ years old, but didn't want to spend a fortune because I hate making shakes (LOL, if you know you know). I have a busy ice cream shop in a summer town, and this is still going strong. I like the ability to set the time, and then to pulse at the end to get the last bits combined. Easy to clean. No complaints, especially for the price.

loved this but too tall
I had to return as it was too tall to put on my countertop. This is a nice heavy duty item and I would have loved to have kept it. The return was fast and easy with no questions. I have other items by this company and they are great.

Very powerful
The unit came in a HUGE box which made me think I had ordered the wrong thing but that was from a picture. When I saw the actual box it was not as big as it appeared. Works well, plenty of power and one additional mixer/bit included. Cup stays in place but it is wise to keep a hand on it. Have not achieved the ultimate milk shake yet but I will keep trying. Also looks nice on the bar and handy for those mixed cocktails as well.

Heavy duty construction. Spins too fast, water spills out of mixing cup. Needs a lid for cup.
