Q: what is the difference 10764 and 10164

I bought the 10764. Wish I hadn't. Someone posted it was two cabinets instead of one which turns out not to be true. For a slightly different color, you save $$$. -Lesson Learned... (not to trust the posted answers)

Q: Can a nail file and a buffer fit in 1 drawer? Salon use

The inside length of the drawers are 5.25 inches. You can measure your files and buffers and see. Im guessing yes but being a guy Im not 100% intimate with the dimension of those items :)

Q: How many drawer dividers are built into the back of unit

The back of the drawer has a plastic flat piece that covers the top three rows of drawers & the same on the bottom. The three middle rows of drawers have no cover. The are exposed. There are two holes in the top plastic to use for hanging. Its made for a garage for nuts & bolts & such. I used it for jewelry. I hope this helps.
