Not a thick balsamic but tasty
This has become our favorite Balsamic. It's great on caprese salad. It's not a thick variety but the taste is superb. On the sweet side.

Product different than advertized
Description shows balsamic vinegar with 55% cooked grape must. Product delivered is thin and mostly vinegar and is not the product shown in the description.

A great basalmic vinegar makes all the difference if on tomato's or cottage cheese.
I love this vinegar on my tomato's, cottage cheese, avocado or as a marinade on chicken and pork. Wonderful rich flavor makes it versatile.
