Strong and solid.

These hooks are strong but 150lbs? What a joke! They are strong enough to hold one piece of wet (washed) clothing - definitely not more than half a pound. When I put two hangers with clothes on one hook, it immediately slid down to the floor (and took the paint off my almirah).

Basically if you were like me and wondering if this would take that kind of weight , be assured it won't , these are just the normal magnets you get everywhere , corossoion resistant and everything else written here is garbage , it's strength is of same or lower caliber than those sold in the train (i have the train ones and they are actually better ) , i tested it on a iron metal thin plate (the magnetic force was so low a little nudge by my pinky could dislodge it , tested it on the iron cupboard and the strength significantly increased but again still not as advertised (horizontally has more strength than vertical that was written and is true as it's physics )Basically not some rare heavy duty magnets ,just the same stuff you get on the train by some random hawker/seller . KINDA DISAPPOINTED

I gave only one star to "light weight" because these magnets aren't light weight in power! These are really good, strong magnets that will likely support a good bit of weight. I used them on a wall hanging that I placed on my front door (steel). Easy to remove? You'd better have a strong arm because these things don't want to let go. These are excellent magnets.

Worked well on the cruise ship. Didn’t hang anything heavy horizontal because they would slide down the wall, but the vertical hold was strong. A good purchase.

These magnetic hooks are really useful. I use them to hold seasonal wreaths on my door. They are strong and hold up to weather.

Description says it can hold 80lbs vertical and 27lbs horizontal. Not even close!! Vertical these hooks don’t hold 20lbs and horizontal it wouldn’t hold my hoodie on a hanger….
