Almost destroyed a cd
Complete waste of time. Used as instructed but using “film” left CD unplayable. Ended up using glass t-cut and a microfibre cloth. Took ages to reverse damage but it now plays. In fact I wouldn’t be surprised if the polish theysell is glass t-cut. In any event t-cut MUCH better and miles cheaper

Careful!
Careful, using it according to instructions made it worse for me? Everything was full of micro scratches and I had to send the DVD in to a professional Service to save it…

Maybe should be called Dvd Killer
So am I just dumb and using this thing wrong, which I admit is a fair assumption and I might even be inclined to agree... Or is this product just complete and utter trash? I mean scratching a DVD is bad for it right? So... and you can call me crazy....but vigorously going at it like a lunatic with sandpaper, really really can't be good for it can it?...no matter how much you polish it....that thing is completely smegging done for

Not Impressed
I have used this following the instructions "to the letter" (in steps 1 & 2) on 3 CDs and have yet to get them to play!!!!! It does say that you "might have to apply several times", I have been using this repair kit on the 3 CDs for THREE DAYS now spending hours & hours cleaning them and still they DO NOT PLAY!!!! (tried them in the new stereo, both computers, 2 portable CD players & in 3 DVD players - all with no luck).
