Thrilled with the product, performance, and delivery
Thus far, I am thrilled with the product, performance, and delivery. I've had it 3 weeks. I completed the 5 hour break in period at <50% output capacity, oil change, then 1 more hour of testing and power usage measurements up to the 40 running/50 peak amp max capacities on natural gas*. I intend to continue using only Natural Gas. I can run my entire house including 2 central A/C** and a pool pump.I do get a quick, sub second flicker when the central A/C unit starts, but it's not long or deep and no worse than when I'm on utility power. I have mostly LED lights and the power definitely seems cleaner than my previous portable gasoline generator; no constantly flickering lights or humming sounds.I agree with other's comments. Although it is heavy, it is easy to move/maneuver once you have it assembled with the wheels(No, it does not come assembled). It is noisy, but no louder than my previous portable gen.Delivery/Damage: I was a bit nervous buying through Amazon due to all of the delivery and damage issues in other reviews, but my experience was good. It does not come on there regular delivery vehicles. Given the weight, I could see how easily it could be dropped, damaged, etc... I think it boils down to the quality, physical strength, and equipment(like a lift gate on the truck) of the delivery people/service.Mine came with a 10' natural gas hose, which is stated as "not included"- creating a return for one I bought separately. My only complaint is the charger/charger port on the generator, which sticks out when plugged in to keep the battery charged. I've already hit mine and bent it. I wish the end that plugs into the generator was flat or where it plugs in was recessed to protect it from damage.*Natural Gas: You need 5-7 inch in water column gas pressure; anything less and it may not run well or may not run at all. Pipe/Hose size and distance from your gas meter matter, impacting the energy generation capacity. The longer the distance, the diameter of the pipe/hose increases for the generator to be able to provide the maximum 12k/9.5k watts on ng. If it starts OK but you experience brown outs, engine sputtering like it's about to stall, long/heavy dimming when you start heavy loads like air conditioners, pumps, some microwaves, etc.... it is likely your hose/pipe diameter is too small for the distance from the gas meter. I personally experienced this with a 3/4" 100' long line. When I moved it closer with a short 3/4" 50' long line directly off a lower pressure port at the meter - I no longer had such issues, even when reaching the max capacities.**Central Air Conditioning:I am able to run everything in my 4k sq ft home, including both of my 2.5 ton central A/C units at the same time. I do have MICRO-AIR EasyStart FLEX 398 soft starts installed on both AC units, which lowers the LRA(starting amps required) from 72.5 to 24.6 amps. If both compressors started simultaneously, I would likely exceed the 50 amp peak natural gas capacity while running the regular load from the house simultaneously. But, I think the chances of them starting exactly simultaneously are slim. While running, they each pull approximately 5 amps each - so having both running at the same time isn't a problem for my home. During a real outage, I would likely only run one A/C unit for the area of the house we are using to minimize fuel consumption. My supplemental heat source in the winter is natural gas, so I cannot speak to how it would accommodate electric. "Supplemental heat source": additional heat source used by your furnace to add to our replace the heat from the heat pump when it is very cold and cannot provide enough heat on its own. Additionally I also cannot speak to how well/if it could accomodate a fully electric heat furnace.I rarely write reviews, but a great deal of research and time went into this. I hope this helps guide someone else, or at least gets you started.

Good Buy
Living through electrical blackouts during storms, this is the one generator you need.Reviewed in the United States on April 27, 2025Big performance and reasonable price. This unit can power our whole house with the addition of a power transfer switch, or individual appliances like the air conditioner, refrigerator, microwave, lights, internet router, and television, using individual extension cords. It has a small footprint at 24"x30", so it does not take up much space. Easy to setup when following the instruction from the supplied paper manual. Can be started using the battery powered push to start button, the paired remote start switch, or the pull cord. Unit is quiet in operation and includes built-in Carbon monoxide detector which shuts unit down for safety if excessive level of CO is detected. A battery charger is included, and the unit charges the battery while it is in operation. Sturdy wheels are included and a fold out handle allows for unit to be moved to desired location from a resting/storage spot to a well-ventilated spot for operation. This is a tri-fueled generator which can use unleaded gasoline, liquid propane (from any size container), or natural gas (LP and N.G. gas lines with quick connects and regulators are included. Resettable mini-circuit breakers on the unit prevent an over-current draw while powering different power connections. Repairs, if needed are handled by national network of service providers or the manufacturers' location in the USA. Parts can be purchased directly for spares or repairs by the consumer and a printed form parts manual and exploded view diagram is also included for ease of identification. Peace of mind, ease of use, compact form, mobility, and functionality are the reasons we chose this unit over many others. We highly recommend this generator over many others available for purchase.

Best Generator Money Can Buy!
I was really worried that this generator wouldn’t be big enough from what i have read online but it does the job without any issues. We live in the country and also in tornado ally. Last winter we were without power for 4 days because of a huge storm that snapped off alot of power poles so i decided it was time to get a bigger generator to run the whole house. Our house is 2400sq ft. On gasoline, this generator will run everything in my house with no problems. I had all the lights on, air conditioner running, ran a faucet so my well would kick on, ran hot water so my electric hot water heater would kick on, turned two tvs on, 2 refrigerators, 2 deep freezers, and even went and kicked on the microwave and the lights didn’t even dim. I have radiant floor heat that runs off a gas water heater so the winter time it should have to run even less so i’m not worried for when that time comes. I will probably never run it on anything but gasoline but it is nice to know that it has a propane and natural gas input. The push button start is awesome and it starts super easy. It was definitely a great buy and i believe for the price it is it was a steal. Will recommend it to all my neighbors to run their yards.

Well built, relatively quiet, Tri-Fuel, runs our entire house
Powerful - powers up our entire 3,500 SqFt home including the larger of our two A/C units, including a deep freezer, garage refrigerator, and kitchen refrigerator, all lights, and all household items plugged into 110 outlets - without missing a beat.Easy setup, comes with everything but the power cord feeding power to the home (given a manufacturer has no idea if you need a 10', 15' or 20') it makes perfect sense that the home hookup cord was not included. Everything else is included. It is much quieter than our much smaller generator that this unit is replacing - a huge plus for my family and our neighbors. In part, we chose this specific model given it powerful enough to run A/C and freezer, 2 refrigerators, and all household outlets on natural gas, propane, and gas - we no longer have to visit gas stations to refill gas cans to keep our generator running!
