The product arrived when promised. While using it on a long overnight flight it felt as if it was pushing up in to my throat. Perhaps it's just my build and others will find it comfortable.

The neck pillow felt strange so I removed it from the fabric cover. It was all misshapen and deformed, but seeing as how it’s memory foam I thought perhaps it was just squished and needed time to ‘open’ up. After some time I realized it wasn’t going to change. I needed up having to purchase a neck pillow at the airport and returned this as soon as I got back from Central America.

Comfy and very compact !

Nice pillow for the price. I would like it to be tighter around the neck but still nice.

Horrible smell. Pillow arrived smashed. Wasn’t the shape shown online. Again can’t get over how horrible it smelled.
