The capsules are a bit large, but still easy for me to swallow, with no taste or smell. The powder inside is very fine and a deep black color — in my video I opened one capsule to show the texture. The bottle includes 240 capsules, which is a great value and will last a long time. The only small downside is that the capsules can slightly stain your fingers if you handle them too long, but it’s not a big issue. The packaging was secure and the seal was intact when it arrived. Overall, I’m happy with this supplement. It works gently, helps with bloating and mild discomfort, and it’s a useful product to keep in the medicine cabinet.

They work well, like other charcoal capsules I've used, mainly to settle my stomach. I use it mostly for heartburn and acid reflux issues. I especially like the size and value for money.

I like the product, but the big bold 1600 numbers written on the packaging is a bit deceptive, you have to take four pills to get that amount. Nevertheless the product is good.
