10/10 it what I dream about when I’m at work
TLDR; Great for heel and arch pain, quiet, with variety of power levels. 10/10 YAASSS recommend. This, THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED. I have plantar fasciitis and my feet kill me after work. I work very long hours for days at a time, so when I’m home after a week or so, this is my best friend. I was so excited to see that it squeezes (air compression) my feet. No other foot device for relief that I have does that. Level 3 is pretty intense, so I’d start off with all the levels at 1 and see how to adjust from there. I love that there is a timer with different options. My feet feel SO good after using it. I will say, be careful not to over do it. I did it twice in a day and even though it made my painful feet feel better, the next day, my feet were in pain but I could tell it was from overuse of the product and not my usual pain. I am not a fan of the heat option solely because it feels like I’m putting my feet in already warm shoes (as if someone wore them), but I just found realized you can turn off the heat by pressing it beyond the high heat and it turns off. I’m assuming that function works for any other option.

To senior walkers/runners everywhere
For my condition 2-3 times a week is enough. However, I'm sure others could need more or less. It appears to allow a safe and effective foot message. And while it may be a bit expensive for some? I think I am getting effective results.

Overall good massage for a machine
More like a 4.5 really, Fits my size 9.5 womens and my husbands 10.5 feet comfortably. The heat is nice, and so is the pressure. While the massage feels good on high it is way to tickle my on low and could probably use a bit more in the heel area. For a machine it isn’t bad at all. Used it twice so far without issue. I haven’t a weird smell as some others have reported. The remote is definitely worth it because I am pregnant and have a hard time reaching the buttons while sitting. I will update if any problems arise!

Easy to Use and feels great!!
I loved the RENPHO Foot Massager Machine so much that I bought three—one for myself and two as gifts for family and friends! This 2025 upgraded model is a game-changer with its deep-kneading shiatsu massage, adjustable heat levels, and wireless remote control, making it perfect for relieving plantar fasciitis, tired feet, or everyday stress. The heat function is incredibly soothing, and the intensity settings let everyone customize their massage. It’s also FSA/HSA eligible, adding to its value. My parents and friends rave about how it feels like a professional foot massage at home. Sturdy, quiet, and easy to use, this is a fantastic gift for moms, dads, or anyone who’s always on their feet—highly recommend

Intense but 100% worth it! Plantar fasciitis and bone spurs!
Between the kneading and the air compression- it can get intense. But I LOVE it! I keep the kneading on low but I like the air pressure feeling like its really squeezing my feet, I love how it squeezes my sore heels! I have plantar fasciitis and bone spurs in my heels, so this is a necessity for me.

Love it
This is a very nice product. It feels really good and you can control how tightly it squeezed amd rolls your feet. If you wear uncomfortable shoes or stand all day for work this will feel amazing. I felt relaxed and like it massaged effectively

Okay but not something I would buy again
I spend up to 14 hours a day on my feet and I thought this would help with the pain but I could only keep my feet in this for about 5 minutes before it started causing more pain than it was relieving. Only the bottom has the actual massagers, which was disappointing at first but then I was relieved it was only the bottom when I felt how intense the pressure was! And it was all on the lowest settings. It has a compression feature that inflates and deflates randomly around the rest of the foot to simulate squeezing but for me it wasn't enough pressure. I was afraid to increase the pressure though because the squeezing seemed to force my foot down towards the bottom more. After about 5 minutes I had to stop because the bottom of my feet started hurting. I didnt feel much heat until I turned it up to medium and then it was barely noticeable. I hot maybe 10 minutes of pain relief before my feet started hurting again. I think the worst part is, if you have carpet throughout your house, good luck using it. It has to only be used on hard, flat surfaces.

Renpho or Miko? I Tried them both.
I bought 2 foot massagers. This and the Miko. Both are good, neither are perfect. This one uses rotating balls to give you a nice relaxing massage but it does not reach the toes. The Miko uses textured cylinders that roll up and down on your foot and has a good toe massager. The Miko is more aggressive like an intense massage while the Renpho is more relaxing. Both are good and depends what you are looking for in a massager. The Miko does not heat up enough, this one on level 3 gets too hot. Also the air compression on this one even on level 1 can be too much for some people. The Miko only compresses from the top while this one is nice and compresses all around you foot. In the end I returned the Miko because I wanted a more relaxing massage. I thought I wanted a toe massager but found out that the toe massage can be painful. This one is smaller that the Miko which I like and the power supply is smaller and plugs into the wall where the Miko the power supply is external and bulky. Both remotes need line of sight to work. The only improvements that I can think is to add a soft toe massager and to add one lower level for air pressure compression.
