It's super effective in terms if heating the room. With ease heating up 17m². The Eco-AI mode is effective and energy saving. The only downside is not fully compatible with the Google Home and Alexa, but still the Phillips app allows to use it fully (timer, oscillator, lights etc) The safety features work as they should and what's the most important theybare notify you abiut any issue with the device. It definitely costs every single pound.

It makes the job. I got it for the kids room especially for the night when they are in the bed to keep their room warm, however I can hear when it works from my room, I'd be happier if it was less louder. (Noise is like a vacuum machine in low emission mode) Apart from noise, easy to operate via phone, multiple modes available.. Very light product if needed it can be move arround the home. It makes the room warm fast and in auto mode maintain the temperature.. for day time very ideal, but night time use consider less louder if your ears are sensitive..

This is very good solution to heat up the room quickly. Used with external subzero level winter weather and inside room tempurature moved from 14C to 21C within 20-25 minutes. Very scilent product and running quitely (less noise than a tower fan) also the app is working good if you have good wifi. Highly recomanded.

Slightly disappointed with the heater. It’s sleek and the technology is very good but it struggles to heat up an average sized bedroom. My old space heater was able to fill the room with heat much faster and consistently. In the last full week of use the Phillips Heater has struggled to even heat up the air around it, let alone the far side of the room. I do think the app features are pretty good, I appreciate the ability to schedule the heater to turn on.

Used solely as a basic heater, this is overpriced, but works well. We are using it to add some heat to our baby's room, wchi tends to be a little cold, so the room is small and the device heats (in high heat mode) it up very quickly (the room is roughly 80 sqft). Now it comes with an app, which lets you turn it on and off and change all its settings remotely. The on/off is conveninent. The rest has been useless to us. It comes with a thermometer, which only captures the temperature around the applicance, which is totally unrealiable to control the temperature in the room (at least when using high heat). That makes their "AI" automatic heating no more than a gimmick. And then there is the safety problem. Last week the applicance turned itself on. We called Philips and tried to find out what had happen, but they were no help. Software glitch, app/software security problem, Philips ability to remote control the devices??? No idea. So the applicance is now always turned off at the wall.

Surprisingly loud and underwhelming for a 2000W heater. Heat output feels inefficient for its size and power rating. I recently bought a smaller Dreo heater that performs noticeably better and even includes a remote control, sparing the hassle of a long and unnecessary mobile app setup.
