I absolutely love everything about this straightener! I promise you not be disappointed! It heats very quick and has great temp control. The cord is very long which I personally like. This tool makes gorgeous curls and Straightens coarse hair exceptionally! The price is great for such a beautiful hair tool.

I bought this as a replacement for my wife’s other appliance. The company changed it’s name, but the product still works great. My wife’s old one still works great, but we were going on a trip and cruise for our long awaited honeymoon and I didn’t want to take the chance that the older one would break during the almost one month trip. I was looking for the same color but the new one is more red than the picture online. Our original one is more purple. No big deal. I looked at Sally Beauty before buying from Amazon because our trip was days away. The price on Amazon was cheaper, and with free shipping still made it in plenty of time. Great product!

My favorite aspect of this product is its ability to reach in smaller portions of ur hair such as baby hairs. Also smoothly straightens hair and last a long time. Was very surprised by the cost and quality of it!

The Hot Tools Pro Artist Titanium Digital Flat Iron does a fantastic job of straightening my hair quickly and efficiently. The titanium plates heat up fast and glide smoothly, which cuts down on styling time—something I really appreciate on busy mornings! The digital temperature control is precise, allowing for a customized heat setting that works well for different hair types.However, while the performance is solid, I did notice a couple of minor issues. The outside of the flat iron gets quite hot during use, so you need to be careful not to accidentally touch it. Also, the design is a bit bulkier than I expected, which makes it a little challenging to get close to the roots.Overall, it’s a great tool that delivers professional results, but with a few design tweaks, it would be perfect!

After years of having a CHI it finally died and I replaced it with this one from Hot Tools. I was a little unsure when I got it as it didn't feel as heavy duty as my old one but I love it. It heats up really quickly and you can adjust the temperature as needed. It holds my hair well and haven't had an issue. My hair is thick so sometimes it is hard to style and this straightener has worked as well as I'd hope it would.

This is the second flat iron I have ever owned. My hair is thick and wavy, so my old flat iron took around 6-8 passes before you could actually tell that it had been worked with. I finally splurged and got this much nicer one for over double what I had payed for my old Conair. The results were/are incredible! It only takes 1-3 passes on the hottest setting to get PERFECTLY straightened hair. Also, I only have to spray in thermal protection spray on my hair instead of using all kinds of hair sprays with use of my Conair. I HIGHLY recommend this straightener. It is also a great size and fits into my Vera Bradley hair tool holder perfectly. I haven't used this product to make curls with, but if it works this well as a straightener I don't see why it wouldn't be a great curling tool too. :)

I’m a stylist and I have bought this flat iron numerous times and this is the first time I’ve had an issue with the paint on the outside. I was working on a client and all of a sudden the pink paint/coating started to peel off. I purchased it on April 29, 2023 and I’ve only had it for 2 months and now it looks nasty. I work in a salon and it’s embarrassing that now my new flat iron looks like this. Not sure what to do but I guess I’m stuck with it. 😡 I love the flat iron but I’m really upset about this.UPDATE: Flat iron burned up today on 7/19/24 and I wasn’t even using it, it wasn’t even heated up! I’m so mad! It wasn’t even 1.5 years old! Going to try to contact the manufacturer for a replacement. 😡😡😡

I LOVE the Hot Tools digital flat iron. I was skeptical at first (I remember Hot Tools as being more of a low-quality brand), but a sales lady at Ulta talked me into purchasing this product after I lamented how my Chi irons always seemed to lose their strength/power/heat within a year. She said, "Just because it's expensive doesn't mean it's better." Turned out to be true! While the iron won't last a lifetime, it also doesn't die slowly like other irons. It's either working, or it's not. This is my third Hot Tools digital flat iron (they have typically lasted about two years), and I am so happy I let that sales lady talk me into it. They don't tug my hair, and they take much less time to straighten my thick frizzy hair than any other iron before.

I bought my first Hot Tools Flat Iron in 2007, when it started to give out on me earlier this year, I bought a new Hot tools Flat Iron. I LOVE the Fabulous Fuchsia colour and the fact it is digital. It easily and quickly straightens my hair without any tugging.If I need a new Flat Iron, I'm definitely going to reconsider buying another Hot Tools Flat Iron. It was reasonably priced, shipped VERY quickly.
