Superb, can't fault it.
A really nice printer. Unbelievable easy to set up on both our mobiles (iPhone and Samsung) and wirelessly on our Windows 11 laptops. Print speed in excellent and crystal clear. s sided copying is really fast and the copy is almost identical to the original. It replaced an aging HP Officejet 8*** series printer and I was amazed at the improvements including the physical size and weight compared to my old one. I have also claimed the promotional £40 cash back which is running presently without any problems. I have signed up to instant ink which to me is a no brainer at £3 per month approx. for my usage. All in all I am delighted with my purchase and would happily recommended this printer to anyone.

New printer
This printer arrived quickly and took a bit of time to set up. I am happy with the printer.

Acceptable printer
I was appalled at the cheap build of the HP range of domestic printers. I have always used HP, and my last one, a Photosmart D7160 is beautifully built, and still works well. Sadly, HP no longer provide the drivers for Windows 10 & 11, hence the need for a new printer. The quality of this 9120e is acceptable, and it does print well. I'm not sure whether I will be able to print 6 x 4inch colour photos, but I will try. So yes, I would recommend this as a home or small office printer, but I am saddened by the drop in quality of HP printers. By the way, I am about to take a HP 550C to the tip! It's over 30 years old!

Temperamental Piece of Junk
Hate this temperamental piece of junk. Set up was problematic and remained so. Did not succeed in a single print job that worked. All "format error" despite trouble shooting. HP can take it back - account shows it is not in transit and refund effected., Disappointed because until now been happy with HP products. (I use apple products ipad, iphone etc)

HP Office Jet Pro 9122e won't take A5 Paper
It seems that this printer is unable to take A5 size paper/labels etc which I frequently need to use . I assumed that as my old HP Office Jet Pro 8600 Plus had a paper tray that could be adjusted to accept different paper sizes, so would the HP Office Jet Pro 9122e. I would appreciate feedback on this? This printer also is more noisy and seems laboured. The print quality is very good though
