It's a good product, doesn't leave u hungry, keeps u alert and it gave me energy.

These definitely help me with my weight. I feel like they cut my sugar cravings

Let me start of saying I've only been taking this for a month. I wasn't constantly taking it everyday in the beginning so I have started taking daily. I can't really comment on any lbs shredded just yet. I'll update next month. I will say I didn't start feeling like I had energy at first which is partly why I wasn't motivated to take them but towards the end I can feel the difference again that's my fault and I will update later. However, is it supposed to make me hungry? I noticed I eat more than I usually eat. It's not really helping with eating but then again that wasn't my issue I barely could eat maybe I wasn't eating enough? Idk lol and to be clear I love food so I wasn't taking two bite and then I'm full on purpose. I am happy to be able to eat a full meal but maybe twice a day as opposed to eating little bites throughout the day. I feel more energy to do things so I'm happy to continue this journey. Will update after my second full bottle. Overall I feel like this is a good product. My goal is to drop 30lbs and get back to my usual weight of 145.

This stuff actually worked really good for me. I lost over 20 pounds in a month.I DID NOT FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS (accidentally). I took 2 capsules with every meal -6 capsules each day-combined with the sculpt nation Burn PM. I did not do anything exceptional. I did not work out, I did not run or jog, and I did not change my eating habits. I took nightly walks with my wife, which I’ve always done.I like the Burn evolved because it does not give me heartburn, which is one of their selling points on the sculpt nation website.

Increased energy and improved attitude. Not enough time to determine weight loss.

Made me feel horribly off. Took it for over a week and I couldn’t stand myself, much more my family having to put up with me. My focus was scattered. Felt like I was tremendously over-caffeinated. Had restless sleep. The burn sleep pills may try to help, but this is definitely too strong for me.

I have taken this product for 90 days straight without fail (Burn Evolved). I was interested in cutting body fat while maintaining my strength. I did not change my exercise routine while taking it (I lift at the gym 5 days a week, I run 5 miles 6 days a week, 1 rest day a week). When I started taking this product, I was 6'2" 232 lbs (Oh... I am male and 50 years old). My maximum bench press was 375 lbs. I DID cut my diet to follow something more similar to ScuptNation's diet plan (without following their recipes, more about Carb cycling and eating small meals every 3 hours to reach a maximum caloric intake of 2,800 calories a day). After 90 days, I am now 208 lbs. My maximum bench press fell off to 350 lbs. I am noticeably thinner and I have definitely lost fat. Though my strength fell off a little, I am certain that the majority of my weight loss has come from fat. I only give this product 4 stars, because I believe the weight loss has more to do with the diet program than the pill... however, I am CERTAIN that this pill helps the body focus on weight reduction by reducing fat cells as opposed to muscle cells. The pills are standard capsule size. There is a little after-taste, but not terrible. I didn't feel any different while taking them, and experienced neither difficulties nor benefits in digestion, energy, or recovery. I WOULD recommend this product, but NOT as a stand-alone for weight-loss. Diet and exercise is a must. As far as cost and comparisons are concerned, I don't generally take supplements. Taking this pill was a first for me, so I have nothing else to compare it to.
