⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Sleep Saver and Travel Essential
Mack’s Pillow Soft Silicone Earplugs are exactly what they promise to be—comfortable, effective, and fuss-free. Whether it’s blocking out snoring, noisy neighbours, or the hum of travel, these earplugs have genuinely improved my ability to rest and concentrate. The silicone is soft, mouldable, and stays put through the night without causing discomfort. Unlike foam plugs, they don’t dig into your ear or fall out easily. Plus, the reusable design makes them an economical and eco-friendly choice. ✅ Pros: • Soft, pliable silicone that moulds comfortably to your ear • Impressive noise-blocking without total isolation • Great for sleep, travel, and focus sessions • Reusable and hygienic with proper care ❌ Cons: • Can pick up lint if not stored in the provided case Verdict: A simple, smart solution for creating personal quiet zones. If you value sleep, focus, or peace during travel—these earplugs are a game-changer.

Best earplugs
My story with earplugs is really long. I've tried silicon, custom, foam and keep going back to silicon. I initially used the Charminer eaplugs for about a year which were smaller than the Macks ones but would not create a proper seal. I then tried custom earplugs, didn't like them at all as they were rock solid and used to hurt my ears as soon as I put my head on the pillow. I'm a side sleeper as well so I don't like having something that sticks out, it usually really hurts. I tried the Macks earplugs for the first time few months ago and they hurt the 1st 2 nights. I decided to use them for swimming instead and stick to the Charminer ones. They were amazing for swimming, water would not get into my ears at all. I got tired of the Charminer poor seal so decided to give the Macks a proper try for a couple of nights and I was surprised to notice that they didn't hurt. They create a MUCH better seal than any of the plugs I've tried before (except foam but I don't want to take the risk to get them stuck in my ears). I've been using them for a couple of weeks every night, changing them after 3-4 nights and it's been perfect. I re-use the old ones more for naps in the day. I lost them in the night at few occasions but that was due to the poor stickiness after a couple night uses. Usually the first and 2nd nights are fine. I took 1 star off for the price, I think they are expensive for a limited use but else than that I'm really happy with them.

Been using earplugs for decades, and would highly recommend these
I am a very experienced earplug user....have had to wear earplugs for decades as I am a light sleeper, and any noise wakes me up. Many years ago I used to use the regular foam earplugs that you can buy in chemists, but when I started buying from Amazon years ago, I tried various different types of earplugs. When I started using the wax Bio Ears, I found that they reduced the noise levels even more, so I've been using those for several years now. There are a few niggly problems with those though...they are extremely expensive, and regularly would stick to my hair if I laid on my side. Trying to get the wax off my hair resulted in having to roll it down the hair shaft, resulting in many tiny, wee balls of wax. Occasionally, I would find a knot in my hair like that of old chewing gum, it was impossible to then get rid of the wax, and would result in me having to cut the knot out. Last year, I decided to go back and try foam earplugs again. The reviews were mainly good, but I just couldn't get on with them. They would frequently fall out in the middle of the night, and took 5-6 minutes of physically holding them in my ears, whilst they expanded. If I didn't hold them there, then the expansion would just push them out, and I'd have to start all over again. I also found them incredibly uncomfortable, and actually painful, which was worrying. I went back to Bio Ears. This time around, I decided to give these ones a try. They were almost half the cost of Bio Ears, (although they don't have the antimicrobial benefits). I was apprehensive, but I'm happy to say that I am a convert! They are really good! I am tempted to say that they might just block out more outside noise than the Bio Ears ones, but I guess that is subjective. They are very slightly bigger, so I think that might help. What I really love too, is that although they stick to my hair sometimes, it is much easier to get my hair off them. There are no sticky ballls of wax to contend with. My hair just pulls right out with seemingly no residue left on the hair, and so far I've had no chewing gum-like knots. They have about the same "life" as the Bio Ears, before they lose their stickiness. NOTE: I only use earplugs for outside noise, and for the noise of my radiators coming on in the morning....not for snoring. IMPORTANT: it is vitally important, with these wax type earplugs that you don't insert them into the ear....they just "cover over" the ear to make a seal. UPDATE: after using up my first pack of 6 pairs of these, I am still very happy with them, and have just been researching the cheapest way to buy these as, with being in bed with a migraine for 2-4 days a week, I do use up a lot of earplugs! Have just ordered 36 pairs, at a cost of 66p a pair. This is very good for silicon earplugs, as they are all very expensive. SAFETY WARNING FOR OTHER EARPLUGS RATED 27db: I was having a look around the site a few days ago, and came across some blue earplugs, that apparently are washable, so one pack is supposed to last an entire year. I must say, I am very sceptical of that. They also block out 27dbs, which is much higher than other earplugs, including Macks. I would definitely warn against buying these, as I had a small fire in my living room last year (my tv caught fire in the early hours of the morning!). I was upstairs, asleep, with my Macks earplugs in, and gradually came to, hearing a distant noise. I had no idea what it was. I thought I'd set my mobile or alarm clock to go off at the wrong time, so I was fiddling about with them (whilst still wearing my earplugs), only to realise it wasn't them. It was still a distant noise, through the earplugs, buy was annoying me, so I took the earplugs out, and it then that I realised it was a really loud alarm going off in my house! I've never had a fire before, so didn't initially realise that it was my smoke alarms going off (one of which is outside my bedroom door, on the landing!). I was still confused at why my two smoke alarms were going off (smoke alarms are generally 85dbs), but then I noticed the smoke! I was really shocked, when I opened my partially open living room door, to find 1.5' flames coming out of my tv, and the room full of smoke!! Anyway, what I am trying to get at here, is that, if I had have had 27bd earplugs in, I might not be here today, as it is likely I wouldn't have heard the alarms at all!! A scary thought! I am still using my Mack's 23db earplugs, and am still very happy with them.

Best sleep aid
I have bought these several times. Having worked night duty for several years. They block out the noise and allow you to sleep well. They are comfortable to wear and use. The best earplugs I have used. I have recommended them to other shift workers who also find them useful.

Hit or miss
First pack I ordered worked great, but the second pack won't stay in my ears at all.

Look no further, these are the best!
The best I’ve tried for sleep plugs!! I also tried the plastic ear plugs before these but cause I sleep with my head sideways and the plastic would dig into the side of my head. However these are fantastic!! Soooo much softer and even when you’re putting full pressure on them you can hardly feel them. They block out a lot of background noise as well so you get great sleep. Plus the fit is literally perfect cause you mold it to the shape of your own ear! Very reusable as well, so the 6 pack should last a long time!

Not Effective for Light Sleepers or Snoring
Decided to try this after reading so many great reviews. I struggle with insomnia and find it really hard to fall asleep when there’s any sound, especially snoring. Unfortunately, this earplug didn’t block out snoring at all. I could still hear people talking several feet away, let alone someone snoring right beside me. I’m really disappointed, as I had high hopes for this product. It hasn’t helped with my sleep, and I feel I’ve wasted my money, it’s quite expensive for what it’s worth.
