Products must be returned to us for evaluation. We will inspect the product at no charge to you. Easy and sturdy!
Easy to use! Keeps my camera build organized. Using it to hold my Teradek transmitter to the camera.Locking pins makes it so the mount does not move. Love it!

Almost perfect but one small gripe
Why did you pick this product vs others?:This product is almost a 10/10. I only wish that the ANTI-TWIST of the male plate worked reversibly for the 1/4-20. Like I wish I could insert anti-twist rods INTO the holes, not only have it extend OUT of the 1/4-20. Still, this is the industry standard for a reason when it comes to quick releases.

Amazing
These things are really well thought out. Glad they finally come in all black too! Nice snug fit, works with my older kondor stuff, Arri pins built in. I’m honestly not sure if I could think of a way to improve on this one if I tried. I’ll keep buying kondor brand stuff to replace my old overpriced cinelocks for sure.

comes defective. doesnt disconnect or separate at all. stick to small rig.
got this thing hoping i can quickly connect and disconnect gear. this thing comes together attached and doesnt separate no matter what i do. utter fail. the whole point is quick disconnect. it neither disconnects nor is quick. returning and never buying this brand again.

HUGE UPGRADE
Easily my favorite little toy in my kit. Being able to use the Arri locating pins on both sides of the lock is a HUGE upgrade from the original model. Has helped me create some great non-slip builds for handheld focus units. Can't have enough of these in my kit.
