ELEGOO 5PCS FEP Release Film for Mars 4 & Mars 5 & Mars 5 Ultra Resin 3D Printer with 95% Light Transmittance, 206 * 146mm, 0.15mm Thickness

I purchased these because I damaged my original release liner. During the application I was worried that these would tear during the install of the metal gaskets to the bottom of the resin basin. DO NOT WORRY once you begin screwing everything together it stretches VERY WELL. Not only does it stretch it stays extremely tight like a drum. Super nice quality and very useful. Worth every penny.

Exactly what it needs to be. Good instructions and takes a minute to replace. My old film had a hole in it and took a bit to clean up. This is holding up splendidly.

I got caught by the videos that nFEP was better and replaced one of my VATs with nFEP. That was a nightmare in separating the layers of the nFEP and putting it on the VAT. Elegoo has it right. The ACF is clearly labeled with an easy to use removable center section that contains instructions. Took me seconds to remove the film and put the vat back together. The nFEP was more finicky and if it really did provide superior prints over ACF that was lost in the higher rate of support failures. My MARS 4 ULTRA came with ACF and that is the easier solution for me. I don’t have to fiddle with different settings for small, medium, and large prints. The ACF works well with a single dialed in setting.

Works great. Easy install and not too expensive.

I had to invest in a heater for unit as it would not print at room temp (68). I bought elegoo resin wanting the best chance for successful print but was not rewarded with a print. As nothing would stick to the build plate. I had to replace the tray fep film after several print attempts. After heater new fep film and non elegoo resin. The print finely came out great! The printer is very nice but not a plug and play item. Beginners beware! Thanks to Uncle Jessie's you tube videos to get this up and running. I don't blame the printer for the problems I encountered but the advertising is not to be believed.

This is a consumable for resin printing. It can get damaged by bits of loose cured resin. It can lose it ability to release, it can get scratched, or cloudy, and heaven forbid, it can get a hole in it. It needs to be changed at some point. For the Elegoo printer, this process is fairly easy. You get the film, and complete instructions on how to change it. (This film is their version 2, which is an upgrade) You will need three different Allen wrenches. The sizes are in the directions. If you purchased the extra tanks, you will get those and some extra screws with them. As a side note, screws are easy to drop and lose. I recommend you get some extras. Also, T handle Allen wrenches are MUCH easier to handle than the L shaped type, which have a tendency to wind up on the floor during use. Extra tanks, film, and some tools are needed for resin printing so be prepared and have this stuff on hand.

Compre estas laminas FEP para poder utilizarlas en una impresora CREALITY LD-002R, funcionan bastante bien aunque al colocarlas hay que ser cuidadoso ya que pueden quedar bastante justas en cuanto a su tamaño, aún así me lograron sacar del apuro y han sido bastante duraderas al momento de imprimir y cuando se le limpieza al tanque de resina.

Justo la medida, muy buena protección y fácil instalación.

En cuestión de calidad del producto está perfecto, buen embalaje y funciona al 100%. El problema es que el producto dice que son 5PCS y en realidad solo vienen 3

Excelente producto, fácil de reemplazar.
