Very cooling, soothing, had lots of moisture/product so it wasn’t dry. It’s 4 packets with 48 eye pads in each. For the price this is pretty great!

Used these as part of a spa day with my 4 yo granddaughter. They were easy to use and did not irritate her skin. She didn't keep them on the entire recommended time, but she's 4 and wanted to open her eyes.

Not individually packaged. Product was fine but it is 12 pads per package.
