Just get one if you need a compost bubbler. It's very hard to beat the price even building your own.

Great product, works very well. I love the bags that are included, good quality. I only give it 4 stars because I think the price is a little steep for what it is. If you have a bucket already the pump would do just fine.If you’re like me and don’t mind paying an extra $20 for connivence and a dedicated set up, this is for you. I recommend!

Works great

Using it right now and the bubbles are plentiful and vigorous. Easy to put together. Just a little tip that was in the instructions was to keep pump above water level in case of power outage so it won’t siphon the water back into the pump.

A friend recommended this pump to make worm casting tea and I am happy I made the purchase! This pump set up fit perfectly in a 5 gallon bucket. The bungie clip is ingenious! It keeps the stand from floating up. It comes with 2 mesh bags but i only needed one so now I have a back up. The mesh bag held the 3 cups of worm castings I needed to make the tea. They're is a long cord on the pump which was convienient since i had the pump on the counter far from the plug. The pump is powerful and a bit loud but that is expected with a pump this size. I just set it up outside and when it is warmer outside I will set it up in the laundry room or garage. Making my own first 2 batches of worm tea easily covered the cost of buying this kit since the farm I used to buy it from charged 11$ a gallon. This is easy to take appart and clean when finished. Highly recommend if you love to garden and want to make your own compost or worm compost tea.
