I recently purchased the KENWOOD KFC-1666S 6-1/2" 2-Way Car Stereo Speakers, and I have to say, they have far exceeded my expectations. I'm giving this a 5 star value rating. I installed in my 72 Chevy C20, mounting them in a pair of kick panels that are under the dash on each side by your feet and designed for speakers. They will accept full power from the stereo without distortion. Not a lot of bass obviously but good mid and high range - to be expected from 6 1/2" speakers. They sound good and in my standard cab can be plenty loud.

These speakers are better than nothing, and with proper placement they can produce good sound. I installed them in my 2017 Forester, but because the mounting location was low—almost down by my ankles—the audio sounded muddy. I later moved them to my 2000 Silverado, where they sounded better due to being positioned higher on the door. When I installed them in a box at about shoulder height, the sound was optimal.

2015 Kia Forte LX base audio system. I installed these a few days ago and I am honestly over the moon with the improvement these have made to my vehicle sound! I haven't changed the head unit out yet but these new speakers are so much clearer and louder. Used to have to run it at max volume literally all the time but now right above the midpoint is loud enough. Bass is not a huge improvement but that's to be expected. New more powerful head unit should take care of that and I may do subs eventually...undecided. I just bought one set to do the fronts I will ABSOLUTELY be buying another set in the next few days or so to do the back set. I went with Crutchfield for speaker adapters and I got these installed in about 20 minutes - very straightforward! Will update this with any problems I have.

Four of these in my Daughters Honda Civic when the factory speakers died. They really sound quite nice. I installed professionally back in the 80's, doing some pretty high-end installs. But I have to say, Kenwood speakers never disappointed me, and for the money they were and still are bargains. These cost less today (in inflation-adjusted dollars) as they did 40 years ago. Kenwoods and Pioneers for the money were tough to beat. They're durable, efficient (important if using a factory head unit with no Amplifier) sound nice and priced right.

Very fast ship and great product best price

Lots of mids and highs if you're installing these speakers in rear doors. Bass is almost unnoticed, but remember it's a 6 ½ in size speaker. Look great if installing with grill. Easy to connect with required adapter for Nissan vehicles. For less than 40 dollars they're ok. Better than blown original speakers.

Very good quality speaker crisp sound also fits perfectly in a 2013 Toyota tundra but you have to buy speaker adapters but overall I definitely recommend
