The balls and rubber “stick” are all amazing. The pack is great value. I tried the balls and “stick” on my dog pack and they loved them. The “stick” was used for some games of tug of war. Super fun! The rubber ball and “stick” have great chew ability and durability. The bright orange colour also helps with finding the items in the grass and bushes. The chucker is a great portable size. Not too big and not too small.However, the chucker is not the best. It’s made of hard plastic, so there’s little to no give. The tip of the ball holder section is also a little too long. I’m guessing that if it were slightly shorter it would be easier for the ball to go farther. Though, the longer length does help with grabbing the ball. If the ball got stuck in a bush, I feel this chucker would be able to stay holding onto the ball easier than other brands, once you get hold of the ball.When chucking, the ball doesn’t go very far and hits the ground quite soon. This may be perfect for dogs who don’t like to run much to fetch the ball but I feel it’s not suitable for high energy, run-loving dogs.I’ve included a picture of the chucker and a different branded chucker to show the difference. The other brand is made of a flexible material and the part that holds the ball has shorter parts to hold the ball. This design allows the ball to be chucked far. However, when fishing for the ball in bushes, it doesn’t hold onto the ball well.In conclusion, I’d say this pack is a great buy and worth the money. However, you may want to get a separate chucker if you’re wanting the ball to be chucked far.

Size of the thrower ia very handy, however, the standout is the robustness of the ball! My dog normally destroys balls after a few days, I've had this ball 5 months, used twice a day and is still in one piece!!

This little thing is by far the best thing i have bought my pooch this year and i have bought him loads of stuff.I have been using this everyday for around 4 months and it is in as new condition even though my boy has had a good chew at it now and then.My reason for buying this was that i wanted a ball launcher that fitted inside my over the shoulder bag i use when walking my dog.I wasn't expecting to much from this little thing but boy was i surprised when after a day of using it i got the hang of it and could launch a ball over half a football pitch.The chuck it itself is made of hard plastic and is really sturdy, it has survived many an attack from a variety of dogs. I have had the bigger versions you get from the £ shop and believe me when i tell you they are a very cheap imitation. I can get a further throw with this with my left arm than i could with the bigger £ shop ones with my right arm (im right handed).I would recommend this to anyone with a dog that is active and loves to chase balls. The only thing i would say is if you suffer from a bad back and are buying one of these launcher to save you from bending then depending on how bad your back is i would maybe say get the bigger one but make sure it is chuckit! and you won't be disappointed.I also recommend pairing this with the chuck it ultra balls check my review on them to. I've been using ball throwers for years and this is the worst i've purchased, I have bought ones from the pound shop that are better. I got this brand thinking it would be solid and less like to break (I got the small one "Chuck It Dog Ball Launcher 18 M") but its too tight and it doesn't release the balls, have lost both balls as it wouldn't release them properly and they hit the floor and bounced into someones garden 2 balls gone in half hour. You have to really swing to get the ball out, if I still had the balls I would have returned it! have tried it with small balls and no difference. very disappointing as i have bough lots of ChuckIt balls and tugs over the years.

Tiny. Doesn't throw the ball very far and is so short you have to lean down to pick up the ball. Not what I expected or would have bought if I'd realised it was a 'pocket' version, pictures don't make that clear. Not much use to me. My dog uses it as a chew toy and it's sturdy enough for him to chew.
