I've been using this for about 2 months now, and I love it! My favorite setting is on the third setting set to the highest intensity. It really feels like I'm getting the workout I need when I'm too tired to go to the gym. I've even turned the belt around to use on my back and it did pretty well. It has the best results when first putting on some kind of conduent gel or cream. The quality of the belt is very well made, and the muscle stimulator really works on your muscles better than any other ab product I've ever tried. Would definitely recommend!

Overall the product does what it describes. I do have a small improvement suggestion. The pads that need to be wet in order for contact dry up fairly quickly. It would be nice to see maybe a gel pad included as a secondary option. The unit turns off after a set amount of time for safety measures. With consistent use I have been seeing results. I am a 42 pants size and it fits well.

I have been using this product for roughly 2 months now and I definitely recommend. I started off using the product for myself and then the whole family joined in so now its a family product. This is an upgraded model with 2 pads on the sides which really adds to the full workout. I have tried many different kinds of these ab trainers and this is the only one that has the appropriate strength for me. I use it during my power walks and I definitely get more ab work done than exclusively at the gym.

UPDATE: I have used this product 2 to 3 times a day for about 4 weeks now. It takes time to see results, but I do believe my core is tightening. I will continue to use it to see more results. I believe the seller should give at least two months to assess the product with a chance to return the item.The machine turns off by itself because that is the amount of time suggested for use on each session, I do believe.I said I would return this item if it doesn't work. It hasn't done anything so far, but in reading the reviews I see many people are using it two to three times a day where I am only using it once. I don't think one month is enough time to adequately review this item before returning it. I've got 6 days to make up my mind.It is fairly easy to use. Only problem I have is getting is secured in the back. The machine tends to turn off by itself and I have not figured that one out. I do turn it up as far as I can stand, usually 6 or 7.

This is so easy to use! The directions were clear and easy to understand. I have seen a difference in my abdominal muscles since using this. The design makes it comfortable to use and I can increase/decrease the stimulation. It’s worth the price!

Great product. I have used it everyday along with daily exercise such as walking, biking and lifting weights. It alone won’t allow you to lose weight but it will definitely firm up your waist and in my case man boobs. You can also use it on your back to reduce sourness which I have found useful for senior golfers
