Moondrop PARA Presents 100mm Planar Full-size Headphone

The Moondrop Para is a very good headphone for the money. However, their Customer Service is dismal for the following reasons: I purchased a pair of these headphones (HP) back end of last year, I accidently dropped them where the fall damaged the right side earpiece, I admit full responsibility for the accident. The fall was not severe but it resulted in damage and a failure for the earpiece to work on the right channel. I contacted Moondrop with a view to purchasing a replacement right side earpiece but heard nothing and it has been several weeks now.I decided to purchase another set of HPs from Amazon again, but this time opted for 'like new' purchase of some £220 reduced by £40 for a new HP. I received the 'like new' HPs today only to find that one of the earpieces was smashed with the Planar driver ripped to shreds, scratches all over the metal, two holes in the fabric covering the Planar driver see photo. It was clear from the packaging that the item had been used and not by delicate hands. I have initiated a return within receiving them, however, it begs the question; who did the QC on this item before it was sold 'like new' ! I am not blaming Amazon for this as they were not liable in the QC process.Conclusion:Although the Moondrop Para are indeed a very good piece of kit, they appear to be very sensitive to damaging easily and when one tries to deal with Moondrop Customer Service, it appears they ignore your contact even if you are trying to get a replacement at your own expense !As far as the 'like new' purchase, the less said about that the better, but rest assured, I will never use this method of purchasing goods again and I will be cautions with considering Moondrop products again.
