What I was looking for
I figured I should give my trees and shrubs some fertilizer so decided to go with stakes. I have always been happy with the Miracle grow brand so figured these were good ones. I know some people have talked about them arriving broken, mine arrived with minimal breakage actually the amount that I would expect if I purchased them off a store shelf, so I am happy with the quality. I put them in the ground with a mallet and for the most part it was easy, I would have done a better job if the ground was a bit softer. As for the end results to my plants I cannot comment on as it is too soon, and plant health is subject to so many variables.

Saved our Palm Trees!
We have these on auto delivery twice a year. We use them on our windmill palms and they work great. We have been using these for the past 3 years. Before using these, our landscaper thought our palms were not going to make it. They responded very well to these and are growing and looking great. He is now using them on his own palm trees.

Very difficult to drive into the ground
Ok, so a few of the reviews have mentioned how challenging it was to get the spikes into the ground. I will add, after reading those, and ordering anyway, I was expecting a bit of a challenge. I took measures. I thoroughly soaked the ground to make the spike entry easier. When that did not work, I found the only way - pre dig a hole about the size of these spikes. Only then, when I had a hole just a little bit smaller than the spike, was I able to get the darned things into the ground effectively. I have one of them break too. I am hoping for the trees to appreciate my efforts, but stay tuned on that one!

We buy them each year!
We buy these each year! They’re easy to use since they come with a rubber cap to put on top of them as you install them with a hammer. They’re are bigger than expected and turn dark/black after being exposed to air so we try to only buy what we need and get them into the ground right away. They seem to fertilize well because it makes our white lines grow a bunch each year.

Great amount for your money
I usually get a package of these every spring for all of my shrubs in my flower beds. You can’t beat the value of these fertilizer stakes for the amount you receive. They are very easy to pound into the ground at the base of each shrub and if you want to make them go further, I break them in half to make more stakes out of them. I will say that the delivery last year took over two months to receive, but this year I had no problems. Will definitely be purchasing again

Abundant and sweetest satsuma oranges
I purchased these last year to try. Previously, I used a granular fertilizer but winds and gardeners blowing away leaves also blew away the fertilizer. This year my trees produced a record amount of delicious, sweet oranges. My neighbors repeatedly request them. Best and easy to use fertilizer,

Plastic cap doesn’t work
I have no idea whether the product will actually work because I just received it. However, the instructions read that there is ONE plastic applicator to be used for all the fertilizer stakes. Well, the problem is that once you use it on the first one, you’ll never be able to get it off (unless you break the actual stake apart). So you end up hammering in the stakes into the ground as they disintegrate. We’ll see if it still is effective that way.

Best fertilizer with slow release all growing season
My trees and shrubs have never looked so good! I use these at the beginning of each spring and it has made a huge different in our trees and shrubs! Everything is green and healthy! Slow release all growing season!
