I had high hopes for the Medcursor Air Compression Leg Massager based on the product description and positive reviews, but unfortunately, it did not live up to my expectations. From the first use, it was clear that the device was not functioning properly. The compression was weak, inconsistent, and nowhere near as effective as advertised. The description made it sound like a professional-grade massage experience, but in reality, it felt more like the air was barely inflating at all. I tried adjusting the settings multiple times and repositioning the cuffs, but nothing improved the performance. It simply didn’t provide the therapeutic relief I was looking for. The build quality also felt subpar — the materials seemed flimsy, and the control unit was not very intuitive to use. For the price, I expected something much better, especially considering this is a device meant for health and wellness. Overall, it was a disappointing purchase. It did not match the product description and, sadly, did not meet my needs at all. I ended up returning it and would not recommend it to others looking for a reliable leg massager. Definitely recommend looking into other brands with better reliability and customer satisfaction.

I love this foot massager! I have been using it for a week and have tried multiple variations of settings. My shoes run size 8 and my foot fits with plenty of room, something I was concerned about because my foot is wide. As a matter of fact, having the space means you have to be extra careful about where your feet are placed for the rollers and the compression. It can be pretty painful if it compresses and the rollers are massaging those baby toes in the wrong place! I suggest starting with low on both settings and adjusting from there. I tend to use low on both to start then advance to medium for both, medium is pretty tight for the compression. I tried high once just for curiosity and it was too intense for me. Believe me, if I say that, it is. The rollers feel great on the bottom of the feet and mixed with the compression in just the right place, so don’t forget to adjust your foot placement if you don’t seem to be getting what you want, it is perfect. I try to get more on the top of my feet where the toes meet the foot, but that one is a little difficult. The heating is so so. You can feel it a little, but I don’t really need a lot of heat, so it is fine. I think that is for safety and even on high, it is low. You can set 15 or 30 minutes. I suggest lower settings for 30 min massage because of the intensity factor, that long at higher intensities can make your feet sore later and that is not the goal. 15 minutes is plenty (low intensity, medium compression). The first day, I did 15 then waited a couple hours and did 15 more, that worked well. I run and this is excellent for my feet that usually feel “cramped”. I like that it has the inside that zips out for washing, especially since others may want to enjoy this massager. It makes a noise that is noticeable but not loud or bothersome. It’s the sounds of the compressor and some with the rollers. This is very easy to use and if the massage chair I ordered, if it ever comes, is half as good, my choice to combine this with a highly affordable massage chair instead of the $5000 one, will definitely be a treat until I decide where I am going to fit a huge true massage chair in my house and when I want to make that monetary outlay. I highly recommend this foot massager, you won’t be disappointed!!
