First off, this is a really great paint! I’ll start by saying, I have been a life-long user of a well known high end paint, (F&B) so naturally, was pretty sceptical of this formulas coverage and consistency. I needed a cheap alternative to cover a large area, just for a short-term spruce up after moving home, but honestly, I could not be happier and now a convert to Johnson’s! This paint is a rich and creamy consistency, offers great coverage, no drips or streaks even when cutting in with a brush and a in a neutral ‘grey-beige’ colour, so if that’s what you’re looking for, simply, go for it!! This paint went on beautifully. The consistency is smooth and easy to control, which makes cutting in and rolling both feel effortless. Coverage is impressive, especially for lighter shades, and the second coat created an even, flawless finish with no streaking or patchiness. It dries quickly, which helps speed up the whole job, and the final look is a soft matt that gives the room a clean modern feel. Once dry, it also seems durable, with no scuffing or marks when lightly cleaned. For the price, the quality is very good and it performs just as well as some more expensive brands. A reliable choice for anyone decorating walls or ceilings.

I do like the colour of Johnston’s Paint brand it looks soft, neutral beige or off-white shade Without being too dark. The finish is matt which helps hide wall imperfections and creates a smooth, even appearance under indoor lighting. When I First put this colour on few years ago, I did not get this finish, it was rushed the first time I did it and so this time I properly applied this paint neater than few years ago. I am unsure how many coats you will need but I think 3 coats will do the job. It seems to have good opacity. Overall quite happy with the quality of the product but does tend to dry a little too quickly when you have the paint out in a paint tray.

This is a fabulous colour! I've used it a few times, it's lovely. Paint covers well and dries fairly quickly. Did I mention its a gorgeous colour lol

Good quality great coverage and value for money

This is wonderful stuff. It’s definitely not a paint that drips and what really impressed me was the lack of fine spray from the roller. I used a medium pile acrylic and no splashes up my arms or dripping off the roller. I was using the shade silver feather and covering a Matt lemon wall so I needed two coats but it was so easy to use, no streaks. I’ll never use another brand after years of paying for premium paints

I've never used Johnstone's paint before but after having had a not so great experience with the 'main paint brand' I decided I wanted to try a different brand and Johnstone's had exactly the colour I wanted - Coffee Cream. It is absolutely stunning, applied perfectly - two coats did the job beautifully without any patchiness - and is considerably cheaper than 'the main paint brand'. I don't enjoy decorating at all but I will definitely be making Johnstone's my first stop for paint as the end finish makes all the toil worthwhile.
