Another review said they would wake up dreading the morning mood wise and would sleep in and now they wake up happy energized and ready to go .. SAME! I am up early , pre menopause and periods are less painful, fibro pain seems less and energy coming back. Take this if you can , turmeric extra strength and k2 with d3 ( right amounts) if you suffer from pain. I didn't intend to loss weight and have including belly fat is almost gone .

I got this brand since the usual one I use was on back order. I noticed that these don’t work as well. It usually helps with my asthma and I could tell the difference. Smell is minimal and there is no after taste but will be sticking with another brand.
