Got this for my wife as she's been dying for a car like this (this is all my budget could do, ok?!). She loved it, but it was very easy. This was her first time putting together a model, but she blew through it. She barely even read the directions (typical of her...). The detail was great and the quality is also really good! Someday she'll get a real one...

This product is as says except the size in ad says 17 inches long but should read 17 cm or 7 inches long. Beautiful otherwise, but disappointed in size. Ad misleading

Super easy to assemble was going to build it then gift it to my 9 year old brother after building it however I disassembled it so he could build it he's self really made him appreciate it more super proud of himself he even thought it was easy this lead to him liking the hobby and doing much bigger builds with me. Overall love the metal body just like the weighted feel super great gift for someone who loves the car model but doesn't like building really easy and they'll appreciate it. However if you are planning on buying this cause you enjoy building model I wouldn't get it Lego blocks are harder to build. Gift it to a child or someone who it's just enough effect for them they may enjoy it.

Got this for hubby and he says it was easy to put together. The bonus is that it's metal, which makes it more durable and look higher-end.

The model is easy to build. It feels sturdy once assembled. It's got good detailing, with decals or stickers pre-attached where needed. You can see the bottom has some outline of the driveshaft and such. It looks nice and shiny - really makes me feel like it was built during a different time. Comparison to 1997 Corvette I have is attached and it looks just as good, if not better. Doors and hood open on this model, but the bumper doesn't, which is pretty standard on these types of models. Wheels spin and the model doesn't wobble, with all of the wheels touching the ground nicely. Wheels feel like rubber. I really liked this model and would buy again from Maisto.
