If you like espresso but don't like the hassle of making a cup and cleaning up after you're done this is a very solid option for the convenience. After being pleasantly blown away by all the little things you'd never consider like not having to take your own pod out, it automatically empties, not by itself a selling point but really cool feature to stumble onto. When making espresso with an inexpensive espresso maker this by comparison blows it away. Better tasting coffee and it just works.

This is my second nespresso, my first was the vertuo next however it was difficult to open and shut so I opted to purchase this version. The machine arrived and the box was damaged but the machine itself was in perfect condition. I would have given 5 stars, however the photos and the description state it would come with sample pods and there were none included. Compared to the price of this machine brand new, the savings covered the purchase of pods, just let down on the advertising.

I’ve had this for about two months now and I love it. I’ll never go back to a basic coffee maker again. Makes the perfect cup every time. No guesswork.

I normally won't buy anything used over the Internet, however if it's coming from a reputable company that I've never had issues with, I'll give it a shot. This one paid off!
