I can confidently say that this sleep mask has changed my sleep for the better. I have had this sleep mask for several months now and it is very good quality. I also love the way that is it cooling and weighted on my face, and the fact that it rarely falls off in my sleep. It's also very packable and can easily be used on the go !

Comfy, I sleep great in mine. I cool mine in a cosmetic fridge to keep freezer smells out of it. But it really does block light out well.

Got this for my daughter that loves frozen sleep masks. She uses the every night. This one is nice because it's individually padded around the eyes and is more cushiony than most. It doesn't retain the cold as long as thinner ones but even out of the freezer it feels cool. Get a little case to keep it in if you put it in the freezer.

They're comfortable, but doesn't stay cold for very long. About 5 mins and that's it

Doesn't get cool even after being refrigerated for a long time. Doesn't rest on the area of the eye that gets puffy. Also, may actually create unsightly indentions around the eye if worn all night.

I love this mask. I don’t love the full headed one as much so this was perfect. And it blocks out so much light. I am able to get to sleep very quickly and it isn’t that heavy on my face which I was concerned about. I love that it is an ice pack as well, that has helped with my eyes so much recently. Definitely recommend this.
