I tried a different brand of flange inserts before with some improvement to comfort with pumping but got much better results with this brand/style! I find they fit great into any of the Medela 24 mm flange/shields I took home with me from the hospital and fit good enough in the 28 mm shields that came with my insurance pump (Motif Luna) I ordered when I got home. My nipple size has ranged from 15 - 17 mm so these 16 mm inserts have been very comfortable to use, especially after managing with an 18 or 21 mm flange when I didn't have anything else to use. I've used them for almost 2 months now and have seen no decrease in quality over time.

This product was recommended to me in the hospital after giving birth by a lactation consultant. After using them to find my correct flange size, I ordered new flanges that fit correctly. Now, milk output is much higher and pumping is so comfortable. After initially using them to find my correct size, I now use them permanently in my portable, wearable pumps. I am so glad these were recommended to me-especially for my peace of mind as a clueless ftm. They are worth it!

As a second time mom I highly suggest this product if you plan on pumping it will help you get an idea of what size flanges & inserts you need for a perfect fit. Keeping in mind your size fluctuates from time to time so it’s best to get a pack of pump inserts in a range of sizes bigger and smaller than your measurement so you can see what works best

Did not end up using but there great quality..

Finally got the sizing right. These make pumping so much easier. Have a difficult time pulling out of my pump flanges so ive got some chunks missing out of them pretty quickly, but they still work.

They get 5stars because they saved my poor nips and that’s worth a lot. So I have now bought 6 sets of these which 5 oh were EXACTLY as described and work super great all sizes were there. Well one of the packs which happened to have 3 of 1 size and only 1 of another which happened to be the size I need, so that’s a bit frustrating but like I said the other 5 I bought were exactly as described so just make sure you make sure all sizes are accounted for in pairs.

It's a bit confusing that the sizes are not on each of these. It's hard to differentiate them.
