Excellent IFAK! Has a ton of room in it for all of the basics that it comes with, plus a little extra room to squeeze in some more essentials. This kit was thought out really well and easy to use. The bag itself is excellent quality. I especially like that you get an Israeli bandage, a chest wound seal, and a rolling splint. I was able to add a full sized tourniquet, some bigger trauma shears, quick clot, and a few more things to it. It is small enough to fit in my go bag, or go in a trunk. I brought mine on vacation although it had to travel in my checked luggage. It's an excellent value. For the money you are spending on it, you get so much more than others.

Didn't need all the supplies & replaced a few with better quality. But I priced out everything I wanted in a go-bag for a short to medium term emergency kit and this was the best fit. I simply replaced some of the banddage types, added better quality scissors, some medications and added medical grade needle, thread, sutures and a hemostat. It's an easy to carry size with decent design aand size closed & open that can clip on any molly system backpack. Didn't cost much more than othrr emergency cases. Then with a few of its items like the foldable splints etc, it is less expensive than buying items separately - even if you replace several w preferred branded items. I like the red color so it stands out when needed among other items.

Everything listed appears to be here, and looks in acceptable condition. I am honestly just very surprised at the size. I guess I was expecting something larger. Not a negative necessarily, as everything listed is included, but I do feel a bit had. I'm sure the size was listed but I didn't look for that.
