Initially worked great but after 30 minutes on medium part of the heating element super heated and burned my skin to the point of having blisters . This happened with 1-2 minutes and after I realized it was burning and not just like fabric pinch and me getting it off my arm . This product is unsafe !

I had a really bag bout of tennis elbow from playing pickleball and had to stop playing for a few weeks. I alternated using this heating device with an elbow cold wrap for a couple of weeks and my pain significantly diminished. I was able to go back to playing after less than a month. Pretty fast recovery for a 67 year old.
