Piano Time 3

Great tutor book for younger students
I have been using this book with an 11 year old student who has just taken grade 2 piano and she is really enjoying it. It has some very nice tunes and a good mix of technical exercises, explanation and pieces. Not all of the pieces are at the same standard of difficulty, which I think is good, as it gives students a bit of light relief every so often (mixedin with some harder challenges). My pupil particularly liked 'Donkey Riding' and 'The Skye Boat Song'.

Great for all ages
As a (very) mature student, I'm really enjoying learning with these Piano Time Books. They are well-structured and do not "talk down" to me. The breadth of styles of music is interesting - from Ragtime to Classical.

Great for Grade 1 up to Grade 2
An excellent book, suitable for those moving from Grade 1 to Grade 2. My only gripe is the shiny paper, which is horribly reflective under a piano lamp and not the best for writing annotations.

Good series of books
I haven’t yet worked though this book yet but I am impressed with the quality of it and I really enjoy the series. Has really helped me and I was late beginner at piano.
