I have bought Vans for years now , but they seem hard to find In the style I like . I thought I'd try these Etnies as they looked good . In the past I have had to buy Vans a size up from my normal size as they always seem too small . These are not as bad but still had to order 7 1/2 instead of a 7 . So long as you remember that then they are as comfortable and good looking as Vans IMO . I bought another pair because I liked them so much .

Having just been bitterly disappointed with the new Etnies Fader re-shape (much slimmer and lo-cut, minus protective padding and fat tongue), thought I'd review my shoe from a year or so ago. This is what Etnies should be like - chunky, comfortable and stylish whether you're skating or walking. Bring back the old Fader please Etnies - or you've lost one happy customer for life!

Etnies actually fit my wide feet, honestly thought they would only fit in airwalks, but etnies work great, and look great

I got these shoes for use while longboarding. They make a big difference in board grip and foot braking, but then again they are 'skate shoes'.. Previously I was using gym shoes which were not really fit for purpose. Only gripe I have is that I they came up slightly small so I should have gone a half size bigger. They fit very snug so I would not want to be wearing them all day - next pair will be a half size up! Given them four stars as overall quality and construction appears very good and give support for the task in hand.

Bought as a gift for my partner, they fit well and look good. Came on time, well packaged.

first pair were damaged but were replaced very quickly.Very comfy pair of shoes, i've had loads of etnies and they tend to last longer and stay looking good longer then dc's or vans

Shoes were good but laces arrived frayed. Wouldn't buy again.
