Bought this knee pillow recently. It's really comfortable but does take a while to get used to so persevere. Much more compact than sleeping with a pillow between your knees and a lot cooler! Give it a try nothing to lose. 😃

This would be so much better if you could strap it on with Velcro

Using post hip replacement surgery. Keeps my legs aligned to prevent hip dislocation. Very comfy. Would recommend.
