I recently bought this product to see if it would help with my prediabetes. Even though, for the most part, I am following a very healthy diet and exercising, I did not achieve the fasting blood sugar goals I was seeking. I've tried this product and I was absolutely amazed at how effective this product is. My glucose readings usually run from 100 to 111 for fasting blood sugar readings. Now, I have readings from 88 to 95. These readings are within the normal range for blood glucose and well meets my goals for managing my blood sugar. I will definitely keep using the product and would highly recommend this product for those individuals struggling to maintain or achieve lower blood glucose levels. The product is a powder with its own scoop and tastes delicious and is used like a tea. It is considered a supplement. The price is reasonable and costs as much as other typical supplements cost. It is an awesome product. I think that others would clearly enjoy drinking the tea and enjoy great results for their health as well.

Only taken for a few days. Tastes fine. No appreciable changes yet.

Got this product today. I was shocked to see there’s not much in the container. It was sealed so it’s not like some spilled out. Instructions say to use one scoop. There’s no scoop in the container. This is not a returnable item. What a waste of money.Update:Based on the bad review they emailed me and asked the same questions again and again to make sure there was really no scoop in the container. Then sent an email about how to make coffee. What?! Terrible customer service. If this product is made with the same level of care as packaging and customer service, it’s junk.

This tea is pleasant tasting, it is supposed to be full of antioxidants. I bought it for health reasons and also bought a second container. I find I enjoy it when I fill up with water in the morning and need a change in taste, so it helps me to keep up my fluid intake. I am at age 63 headed on a path toward better health!

Tried it a few times in different drinks . Couldn’t feel the difference . Haven’t used enough.

I have found it helps to reduce cravings.

It's sour but heard all good thing about this tea to lower blood sugar!
