They are a little sweet, same texture and size as a fruit pastille. Not unpleasant. I am a worn out 50 yr old single mum who is trying to get up and to exercise straight away each day, before the kids and life distract me. These are great - I eat 2 as soon as I wake up, chill in bed for a bit and half an hour later I'm in my gym kit ready to go. I feel energised and when I compared 2 identical work out stats I burnt an extra 220 calories on the workout I did after taking these. I only drink weak black tea so 2 are more than enough and I can feel the caffeine buzz. I have even stopped having a morning cuppa as I just don't crave it anymore, so replaced with a healthy shake instead win win.

I’ve been using these for a few months now. I’ve tried other brands in the past that hadn’t worked so was not expecting these too, but they did. I take 30mins before I want to go to sleep and I feel myself drifting off. They may not work for everyone but worth a try.

I really like the convenience of chucking down a few gummies on the way out of the door rather than the faff of a powder and drink. 4 work really well - they give me the energy I need without a meal weighing me down. I combine with creative gummies which is super convenient. The taste is not great, but its over in a few seconds so doesnt really matter. Would be a 5 if they had better flavour.

These pre-workout gummies are amazing! They work really well — the recommended dose is 5, but I only took 2 and still felt great energy and focus during my workout. Super convenient and no need for mixing powders. I’m definitely buying them again. Highly recommend if you’re looking for an easy and effective pre-workout boost!

This product is not great , it tastes ok but you need 4 gummies for 80mg of caffeine better off buying a can of red bull.

No uplift at all. Didn't see any change in my energy levels

Worst tasting gummies ever but they did they job - provided a perfect amount of energy for a quick workout - this is perfect coz its hard to find low caffeine pre workout

Have been struggling with energy etc to go the the gym and these really kick my b**t into gear. No need for coffee for the rest of the day! The taste is pretty nice too! TIt recommends 4 each time - but I have been having 1 or 2 and that's enough for me!

Ich könnte die ganze Packung essen, leider etwas teuer aber Knownnutrition liefert nur in die UK. Tolle Konsistenz und ich merke auch schon bei 20mg was, nehme 2-3 über den Tag verteilt beim lernen, oder zwei wenn ich nach der Arbeit trainieren gehe. Ich werde nächstes Mal zwei Packungen bestellen.
