Q: Are the boars treated well?

Boars are treated fantasticly well. They are most pleased that when they go for their hairdo, their discarded bristles are given a useful purpose.

Q: How stiff are the bristles? I have thick hair, so I need the bristles to plow through and not give way.

They are quite stiff and will definitely plough through - however, this brush adds a lot of volume so I find it unsuitable for my thick hair as it makes it puffy and even more frizzy. Hope it helps

Q: What is the best way to clean this brush?

I put a small amount of washing up liquid in a little warm water and put the bristles in the water don't cover the whole brush then I move the brush about in the water for 1 or 2 minutes and then rinse in clean water then shake the water off and I leave it dry with the bristles down the way

No I bought it for my daughter absolutely fine
